02 Facilities

Our office park in Huddersfield allows residents 24 hour access to the estate, including weekends. By choosing a Huddersfield office at Brooke’s Mill, you’ll benefit from ample car parking space on site for yourself, your staff and your visitors, together with CCTV coverage.

Internet/Telecommunications: Our clients arrange their own internet and telephone connection so that they have freedom of choice of their provider and can can arrange a suitable package to meet their requirements.

Business Support Services: The main reception offers word processing, photocopying, fax transmission/receipt, postage and lamination services as well as binding and shredding. These are all provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. Reception also accepts deliveries on behalf of tenants when needed and each client has their own post box.

 

Meeting/Conference Rooms: The office park has a meeting room available to our tenants for hire by the hour or day, seating up to 10 people. Further rooms and event facilities can be found at the adjacent building The North Light and catering can also be arranged.

Kitchens/Toilets: There is a communal kitchen on site and we are developing further facilities so there will be one on each floor. Each will have a kettle, microwave and fridge for tenants to use. The bigger office suites do have their own private kitchens. There are toilet facilities including disabled on each floor.

Storage: There are some small store rooms available for our tenants to rent.

Waste/Recycling: We provide a recycling skip for cardboard, paper and plastic materials as well as small general waste bins. Each tenant is encouraged to minimise waste to avoid excess landfill use and to recycle as much as possible. There are other waste centres nearby for disposal of larger items – furniture etc.
