Future Development Plans

The next stage of our redevelopment includes the restoration of our old woollen mill, formerly the woollen spinning and carding departments. We are designing this as a fully integrated sustainable building project. These two buildings were built in the 1840s from locally quarried stone. During the 2nd world war the buildings were reinforced with substantial steel formwork to allow for heavier machines. This will provide added character to this exciting development.
