Brooke’s Mill is a group of listed 19thC Heritage Woolmills; and is situated in a Conservation area. It was opened as an office park in 1994 following the closure of wool textile manufacturing on the site. There are now over 30 businesses on the site ranging from Media, Healthcare,Financial and Support Services to Arts and Design and Film Studios .

We provide full external repairs and maintenance from road to roof. In this way our clients are able to concentrate on what they do best - running their own business.
Size of premises
Whatever size of office or studio you require, we have sizes to suit most growing businesses. The size of our offices range from 50 to 450 sq metres. We are currently developing six 450 sq m and five 300 sq m open plan offices which will be ready in 2008.
Licence Terms
Offices are available on a 1 year or 3 year renewable Licence. This allows you the flexibility to grow or move office if the size requirement changes. It also means you are not committing to a long lease, which may not suit you in the future.

Waste
We provide a recycling skip for cardboard etc. and each client is encouraged to minimise waste to avoid excess landfill use. There is a recycling centre nearby.

Clients have access anytime including weekends.
Broadband
There is access to broadband cable subject to provider terms.
Secretarial Services
Word processing, photocopying, fax transmission and postage services are provided on a pay as you go basis.
